Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in bringing the best talent to our company. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented and highly-organized people-person, familiar with the recruiting lifecycle. The role is primarily responsible for collaborating with recruiters, HR leads and hiring teams to ensure every candidate has a world class experience that’s well organized, efficient, and engaging from initial job posting through employee onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain our job description and candidate management systems (Jobvite & UltiPro)
  • Post open positions to appropriate internal and external venues
  • Manage candidate interviews and coordination of onsite visits, including creating interview schedules, securing conference rooms, and making detailed travel arrangements
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience through your exceptional follow up and communication on all interview coordination for onsite visits
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates
  • Interface with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with sourcing candidates and building our talent network
  • Manage creation of offer letters and conduct/monitor required background checks
  • Research recruitment channels to expand the visibility/reach of JFW job posts
  • Assist with Pre-screening and assessing potential candidates
  • Support strategic workforce planning by assisting recruiters with researching sourcing mechanisms and venues such as university contacts/programs and professional associations
  • Coordinate, schedule and participate in recruiting events, including college recruiting efforts and industry conferences
  • Prepare collateral for campus and/or career events
  • Produce weekly & ad hoc recruiting reports (often using Excel)
  • Monitor our JFW Careers page, keeping the page updated, accurate and fresh
  • Become a superuser of our Applicant Tracking System and act as primary point of contact for incoming questions from our hiring teams
  • Perform administrative duties as required, to support the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
  • Handle confidential material with appropriate discretion
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and practices

A Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Highly proficient in use of MS Outlook & MS Office Suite, particularly calendaring and spreadsheets
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly-changing priorities and environments, and must demonstrate maturity, flexibility, and patience in all circumstances
  • Must be incredibly detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to compose and deliver succinct and effective written and oral communications
  • Ability to interact effectively with HR team members, internal staff, candidates, and vendors with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-service orientation in all dealings
  • Must demonstrate integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking
  • Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred with 1-3 years of recruiting coordinator experience
