General Description of Duties:
This position will be responsible for administrative duties and work order data entry for Production Operations, as well as maintenance of documentation and completion of monthly compliance reports. 

Specific Duties:
Organization of daily work load, general record keeping and filing.
Auditing and entry of cellar work orders and weigh tag information into the Bulk Inventory Management System (BIMS).
Maintain organized inventory records.
Track and keep records for all wine movements and transfers, ensuring compliance of bills of lading.
Complete monthly BATF report (702).
Report generation in BIMS and JDE for monthly compliance reporting.
Bottling, inventory and case goods record keeping data entry in JDE System.
A/P processing and reconciliation
Helps coordinate and execute special events for winery production team
Assist production and winemaking staff in administrative functions and special projects as needed.

Background and Experience:
Candidate must be very detail oriented and have strong computer skills.  The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is required.  Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.  Bilingual fluency (speaking, reading, writing) strongly preferred. Previous database and/or winery related experience is preferred. Must be responsive to inquiries and information requests. Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
Position will require extra hours during harvest, including weekends and other peak times of the year.
