ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

  • Support HR Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership in specific organizational enhancement projects and reorganizations, HR Planning sessions and succession planning
  • Provide performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) as needed
  • Own exit interview process for all groups- update survey, analyzing data, sharing data with HR Business Partners
  • Supports HRBP in collecting information and making recommendations and following up on compliance issues
  • Create, update and maintain job descriptions for assigned client groups
  • Conduct I-9 audits as needed
  • Assist HRBP with investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
  • Coach Managers on policy interpretation and employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship
  • Assist HRBP with analyzing survey data and themes & delivering training
  • Delivers harassment prevention training and other trainings as needed
  • Analyzes HR data and reports to determine trends, make recommendations and develop action plans/programs that provide for continues improvement within the department and organization
  • Other related HR tasks as assigned by HR Leadership

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3- 5 years HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of various teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills; maintains confidentiality; diplomatic, professional.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
