Associate Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join the dynamic and growing Digital Marketing team at Jackson Family Wines. We are looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute, track and optimize our digital marketing strategies across winery digital channels. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and support multiple brands within the company’s fine wine portfolio.

Job Functions:

Thought Leadership

  • Work alongside the Marketing, Sales, and Direct to Consumer teams to bolster awareness and demand for our portfolio of world class wines
  • Ideate and solidify digital tactics for the Annual Operating Plan with the goal of brand awareness and 3T sales velocity.

Planning

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager on long-term business and marketing plan development including budgets, campaigns, paid media, and content calendars
  • Test, analyze, and make appropriate changes to brand websites so that it is optimized for search engines

Advertising

  • Develop, execute, and optimize advertising strategy including paid social, paid search, and programmatic ads
  • Manage both Brand Awareness and Conversion campaigns

Creative Design

  • Concept and provide direction on photo/video shoots to meet digital content needs
  • Ability to edit and retouch images/videos for digital platforms
  • Have a natural knack for photoshop to make the ordinary extraordinary

Reporting

  • Compile and analyze digital performance results using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Optimize reporting dashboards to reflect new analytical insights that help drive revenue and KPIs
  • Administrative functions including FTC reporting, invoice processing, managing purchase orders, and coordinating sample sends

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years social media/digital marketing experience required
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics required
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentations) required
  • Knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.] a plus, bonus if familiar with other design tools such as Canva, Splice, etc.
  • Additional visual content creation experience (infographics, video, etc.) preferred
  • Results driven self-starter with sense of urgency
  • Digital project management experience (marketing initiatives and/or website launches)
  • Working knowledge of digital metrics/KPIs across all stages of the customer journey
  • Software skills: MS Office suite (Strong) and Adobe Photoshop (Intermediate)
  • Has a willingness and excitement to learn, especially about emerging technologies
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Sense of humor, likes to have fun
