We are seeking a motivated and high-achieving Associate Digital Marketing Manager candidate to join the dynamic Marketing team at Jackson Family Wines.  This position will provide both thought-leadership and an innate ability to quickly execute digital marketing programs on behalf of our winery brands.

Essential Job Functions:

Thought Leadership

  • Work alongside the Digital, Brand, and Direct to Consumer teams to bolster awareness and demand for our portfolio of world class wines

Planning

  • Support Digital Marketing Leaders on long-term business and marketing plan development

Advertising

  • Develop, execute, and optimize advertising strategy including paid social and paid search
  • Experience with both Brand Awareness and eCommerce campaigns

Art Direction

  • Concept and execute photoshoots (both personally and through contracted resources)
  • Occasional photo-editing

Reporting

  • Compile and analyze digital performance results using FB Business Manager and Google Analytics
  • Optimize reporting dashboards to reflect new analytical insights that help drive revenue and KPIs
  • Administrative functions including FTC reporting, invoice processing, managing purchase orders, and coordinating sample sends

Web

  • CMS updates, including product pages
  • SEO copywriting for new and existing websites
  • Support QA of website launches

Background Required

  • High integrity
  • Loves wine
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years social media/digital marketing management required
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics required
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentations) required
  • Photography experience required
  • Additional visual content creation experience (infographics, video, etc.) preferred
  • Results driven self-starter with sense of urgency
  • Digital project management experience (marketing initiatives and/or website launches)
  • Working knowledge of digital metrics/KPIs across all stages of the customer journey
  • Software skills: MS Office suite (Strong) and Adobe Photoshop (Beginner-Intermediate)
  • Has a willingness and excitement to learn, especially about emerging technologies
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Effective in ambiguous situations and entrepreneurial environments
  • Not afraid to roll-up your sleeves
  • Sense of humor, likes to have fun
