POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the Production Systems team, the Senior Business Analyst will work with stakeholders and IT to lead initiatives, define business requirements, design, and deliver solutions.  The business analyst will be focused in the production systems area working with CMMS, Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), Wine and Grape management system, Vineyard management systems, IOT related systems, and more.

 

ESSENTIAL Responsibilities:

Support Technician - Help Desk

Summary: Provides technical support, responds to Help Desk support via virtual phone when remote and office phone, using modern online support tools to resolve technical issues related to applications and services.  Technical support includes working on laptops, mobile devices, tablets, software, copiers, and printers. In addition, may assist with various project initiatives. Diagnoses problem through analysis, established procedures, testing scenarios and interacting with escalations teams.  Performs tracking and documentation by entering details into the company's service desk software. Responsible in assisting development of documents, validating as directed, unit testing and reporting.

Summary
: This position will partner with functional business analysts to design, deliver and develop technology solutions that align with department goals and business strategy. Manages complex application development projects, gathers technical requirements, designs solutions and participates in the development of technology roadmaps for enterprise application solutions. Responsible for creating scope, technical design documents, data maps, software documentation, unit testing and deployment. Excellent in the design, programming and debugging of cross application systems and multiple application integration processes.

 

Support Technician

Summary : Provides technical support, responds to onsite support and backfill Help Desk via telephone, using online support tools to resolve technical issues related to applications and services.  Local travel is required to different locations to complete onsite support duties, that includes working on desktops, laptops, tablets, software, copiers, printers and phones. In addition, may assist with routers and network switches as needed. Diagnoses problem source through analysis, testing and discussions with users.  Performs tracking and documentation by entering details into the company's service desk software. Responsible in assisting development of documents, validating as directed, unit testing and reporting.
