POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of and the direct supervision of the Estate Manager, the Lead Estate Host is responsible for efficiently and effectively promoting the sale of wine and ensuring an exceptional brand experience for consumers through the highest level of product knowledge, hospitality and customer service.  All efforts are focused on attaining monthly sales goals while providing gracious hospitality to consumers and trade.

Stonestreet Estate is searching for an experienced, world class wine sales professional possessing the ability to represent luxury products while working in a high energy team sales environment.  All applicants must be confident in their ability to softly sell premium wine while helping to build and maintain Stonestreet brand image standards.   Successful candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be an effective self-starter.  This position will be responsible for developing new clientele at the Estate and maintaining these relationships in person on property, via phone and through email outreach, and occasional travel to our top Direct to Consumer (DTC) markets.

Join the Stonestreet Estate Vineyards Production Team for the 2022 harvest! Located in Alexander Valley, we source our fruit from world-class estate vineyards in Sonoma County to produce primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc wines. Other varieties we work with include Semillon, Syrah, Petite Syrah, Petit Verdot, Riesling, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir. We focus on producing high quality single vineyard designate wines maintaining separation of each vineyard block, showcasing the unique characteristics of each one.

Successful candidates will be exposed to a wide range of tasks and learning a variety of ultra-premium winemaking techniques. We are seeking team-oriented, hardworking, self-starters with a high attention to detail.

Part Time Busser/Barback

The busser position primarily clears and resets tables in a speedy, professional, and effective manner. The busser is also responsible for polishing and restocking glassware and silverware at service stations.  This is a great entry-level position for those who wish to gain direct-to-consumer experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Under the general direction and direct supervision of the Assistant Estate Manager, the Busser is responsible for the following:

 

Clear tables after guests leave. Take glasses and tableware to kitchen and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.

Promptly clean table tops, chairs and tasting bar. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletops.

Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately.

Assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup – including basic maintenance such as paint touch up, watering plants, sweeping sidewalk, etc.

Answers phone and assists guests with reservations

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
